Wildfire sunset

I set up to paint this sunset painting plein air at a park just a short walk from home.  The sun was an unusual, hazy red  as it sunk toward the horizon. At the time, there were wildfires burning out in the western provinces of Canada, and we were seeing the effects all the way out in Tecumseh, Ontario.
